01 Person Correlation Measure the strength of the correlation between two features using the Pearson correlation coefficient and P-value

02 Chi-square Test Test how likely it is that an observed distribution is due to chance.

• tests a null hypothesis that the variables are independent
• does not tell you type of relationship, just that relationship exists
